Blanchard Style-Locking Rowels: These are 1-1/2" high heel band Blanchard style spurs, with McChesney style brass inlay locking rowels at the request of the client. Mounted all in brass including the rowel pins. Note the AZ state flag spur button covers, a nice idea at client's request and personalizing his spurs well.
